Nursery practitioner Alton, Hampshire

Do you enjoy jumping in muddy puddles, going on bug hunts and singing silly songs? Do you have lots of energy and enjoy working in childcare?

Since opening last year, we are going from strength to strength, based mainly on parents speaking positively about us, so we are looking to expand our team at The Lime Tree Children’s Day Nursery.

The successful candidate will be able to work well in a team, with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude. You will ideally have a relevant level 3 childcare qualification or higher, with experience in childcare and be able to work part time or full-time hours, in our year-round nursery (50 weeks, 10 hours per day).

Furthermore, we are also offering the right candidate the option to train as Forest School Leader if this would be of interest.

We run a lovely home from home nursery, with its own natural garden for daily play outside, so wellies are a must, for the team as well as the children!

A current and clear DBS is required for this role. We will only retain your relevant information for as long as is required and will only keep your information on file with your permission beyond this application process.

What a fabulous nursery! I cannot praise the Lime Tree highly enough. The team are incredibly caring and look after the children brilliantly. The setting is fabulous with lots of indoor space, a big garden and access on to Anstey Park. So much thought has gone into making the nursery a fun and welcoming place and my son adores it.
